a3 right to look in documents of x branches (only viewable)

a4 right to look in documents of x branches of x user (view and use)

a5 right to look and make changes in the setup

- user opens a new document/mail in a choosen branch

- x files could be uploaded and integrated in this email (links will be generated automaticly)

individual text will be written similiar as a normal email.

the links of the uploaded files could be integrated in the "text email".

the footer of the brach added with the personal footer is added

- user decides between the option "documents deleted or stay still online"

- user decides "for all" or only own usage

- send email to client // cc or bc must be available

- email is in the list //sent documents //untaken emails

We do not like this and like to keep working with people who work with us and not only stupidly with us, as we know there are everytime other opinions we might should check to improve ourselve. we are under 100% power or possibly away, so might not able to test as quick, but if you keep us informed by mail or chat we handle or answer imeadiatly. We also bought a similiar system which do not work propper. I could not test directly and paid in the mission that other people solve what is not working. But no chance. So the complete system must be tested and working, otherwise the process will run further on.
