Redesign Music Site

I am looking to redesign my music site. A copy of the current site is [Here][1]. The site uses php scripts to run the content, so the extension for the files must be .php. The site currently has a [url removed, login to view] file and a [url removed, login to view] file and the main files like [url removed, login to view] calls the header and footer. You will recieve a copy of these files if your bid is accepted.
The graphics for the site must be clean cut, professional looking, and fast loading. The site needs a new logo and new graphics for the sites design. All graphics must be gif files and contain no copyrighted material. All psd files must also be submitted to me, so that i can make changes in the future if necessary.
The structure of the site should be relatively the same. The content is already on the site, so the new design should obviously be build around it. The site has 13 total pages, but they should all use the same [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] file.
Please include some sites from your portfolio so that i can get an idea of how you design your sites.

1) Completed site design accepted by me.
2) All .gif,.psd, and .php files submitted to me.
3) Site is fully functional and compatible with content.
