I am building a Mambo site and need some help with modifying templates and some of the functionality.

Here are the things that I need done:
**Add a welcome message and image above the article feeds that already show on the home page. The draft of the welcome message can be viewed** [**here**][2]**.
Show two articles on home page instead of three, and show both articles in the two-column format that is currently being used for the bottom two articles on the home page.
Where the 'more' link appears at the bottom, I would like to show 5 headlines instead of just the one that shows now.
Modify footer graphic colors to match the gray and orange theme used in the header
Incorporate my Google AdSense code into the template. I'd like to look at two versions: one that shows 3-4 text ads above the headline in the main body (just below the header), and one that shows text ads in the left navigation column below the login form.
Find and install a Mambo component that allows me to charge a recurring fee for premium member access through paypal. The component will need to automatically upgrade users to 'special' or premium status after payment is made.
Add the login form that appears on the index page to the other page templates so that is is always accessible.
Add the 'polls' component to every page in the left nav above the login form - the component is already installed, it just needs to be added to the template.

I seek a web programmer with Mambo experience as well as some basic design skills so things will look pretty.
Location is not an issue, but a strong grasp of written english is a requirement.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
