**I need a PHP & MYSQL (ONLY) web site script that allows me to program links with a set time limit that expires and tracks the number of hits received.?
For example, I need someone to create this type of script:

**The script MUST have:**
An online control panel for me to program my html links and to set the time for expiration.
An area that shows my server's current time and date.
It must be able to also TRACK the number of hits each link I program receives and displayed in the account control panel.
An area for my website logo.
A script that shows custom html (set by me) whenever a visitor clicks on a link that has already expired.
For an example of a link that has already expired:

Secure members area and overall environment.
**Extras:**
I would really like this script to have a members area and account control for each user as I would like to charge so that others can use the expiration system on my server for their own business. This feature is not necessary but the winning bid will definately go to the one who can provide it along with the deliverables.
Also, the winning bidder will receive ALOT of future work from me.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
