We need a ‘guestbook’ style system for members with some advance features. Ultimately, we want a website where a user may visit and post one, single message, which will be added to the site. Upon submitting their message, a confirmation email will be sent to them, and they’ll need to click an encoded link, which will then actually post the message to the site ??" thus avoiding people posting with fraudulent emails. This is important, as we only want each person to ever be able to post once (Especially as we can’t use IP/cookie blocks, due to multiple people using individual computers..) Captcha / Image verification is required. In the admin section, we’ll need to be able to track, browse and search through all the details of our users, as well as having the ability to ‘categorize’ messages into existing categories, such as ‘funny’ or ‘optimistic’, and have the ability to manage/add/delete such categories. On the ‘front end’, you should be able to search through messages by details/content/category. We’ll also want to be able to use a piece of code to call a random message, which can be used remotely from other sites. Needs to be done in PHP/MySQL preferably in PHP5.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
