I am setting up a membership-driven website where visitors must register (shopping cart purchase of $0) to gain access to a trial account. This trial account will create database fields for the user based on their profile.
The trial account will push the user to register as a full user.
Full users pay a monthly subscription. Subscriptions require:
1. Setup fee
2. Monthly amount
3. Maintenance amount
4. Number of users
There are numerous levels of membership all related to the number of users the client can access.
For example:
A Level 1 membership is for 5 users.
A Level 2 membership is for 10 users
A Level 3 membership is for 25 users
A Level 4 membership is for 50 users
A Level 5 membership is for 100 users
A Level 6 membership is for 250 users
A Level 7 membership is for 500 users
Etc
Memberships are incremental, meaning that a person can purchase any number of membership levels they desire. They may start with 4 (Level 1) and then add another 50 users (Level 4) ??" bringing them to a total of 54 users that can use the system. They may then purchase another 500 users (Level 7) ??" bringing them to a total of 554 users who can use the system. Each membership category needs to be billed individually as it is incurred.
All memberships are annual, payable quarterly in advance.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
