I require the pages linked to by this menu to be duplicated to 2 other websites that have similar menu links.

For site 2 ([[url removed, login to view]][3]), replace [url removed, login to view] with AOD4U.ecardbuilder. LEAVE THE REST OF THE QUERY STRING INTACT.
