Maintenance Management Software We currently have a requirement for a software package to log and schedule all maintenance operations in a medium sized factory, the key requirements will be to; Log any breakdowns and corrective action, technicians involved parts used etc. Schedule preventative maintenance using a gantt chart or calendar. Keep a record of spare parts specific to each machine. (this is not required to be an inventory tracker, we already have that) Have an easy to use interface, possibly a graphical representation of the factory with machines represented as clickable objects which open to display outstanding operations scheduled operations and history logs. Should be accessable over a network Editable as we change, move machines and personalised to the company.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
