Data Input from Excel to Web

Project is to enter approximately 400 - 500 data screens of data into a web-based database. There are 5 items per screen.
The source data will be in an Excel spreadsheet in the form:

The company name will be hyperlinked in the form,

For each listing, the data items to be entered will be:
Company ID: **32**
Name: **Big Company**
Initial: **B**
Company Info Link (no http://): [**[url removed, login to view]**][1]
Company Search Link (no http://) [**[url removed, login to view]"big+company**][2]**"

To make it clear, the ID number will be determined by the final parameter in the hyperlink.
The Name will be the text in the cell.
The initial will be provided in the adjacent cell.
The Info link will be the same every time except it will incorporate the ID number for its parameter.
The search link will be the same every time except it will incorporate the name in lower case.
The values for the items to be entered are easy to determine manually, but an Excel pro could probably cut the time by using formulas to generate the data and then copying and pasting.
Accuracy is essential. Copying and pasting is suggested to avoid typographical errors. Work with errors will not be accepted.
## Deliverables
1) Data will be entered on client's server via the Web.
2) Data must be accurate - Text and numeric fields must match the original, and links must work and be accurate.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Source will be MS Excel Spreadsheet, two columns, one a hyperlinked name and the second the initial.
Data will be entered into a Web form hosted by us.
