Vcalendar and Vcard Command line apps

We are seeking a developer who has knowledge in the Vcard and Vcalendar format.

What we need is 2 vc++ command line modules, each module will have its own purpose, one will be for Vcard and one will be for Vcalendar. Basically what we are seeking to do is create these types of files so that a user can load them into outlook and other Vcal and Vcard / CSV formats.

We have a customer who has an online address book and calendar, and they want to be able to export specific records into the vcard format and the same with the vcalendar format. For example, lets say i have an online calendar and i setup and events, their shall be an option where it says export into Vcalendar, it will than generate an exe (with paramaters) which the user may download, double click, and it will automatically add this to their outlook calendar, same with the address book.
