The basic input premise of the program is simple. The user inputs using either a Latin language (English, French, etc.) or a Semitic Language (Hebrew, Arabic, etc) a sequence of words and letters. For example: I am happy. The program output the following permutation IAMHAPPY YIPAPMAH HYAIMPPA AHPYPAMI IAMHAPPY Once the last line equals the first, the program stops. It prints to the user on screen or via printer the following: IAMHAPPY YIPAPMAH HYAIMPPA AHPYPAMI It doesn't print the last line. The permutation method is simple; ABCD - starter line The last letter of the line is first then the first letter is second DA The process is repeated where the prior to the last letter is third and the second letter is fourth DACB And so on...until the first line is repeated then the program terminates. The program must be able to produce on screen and in print a permutation table that has lines that exceed 100+ characters and print them while maintaining the integrity of the table. We know you can't fit a 100 character line on a 8x11, but the output needs to be organized so after the printing of those pages they can be arranged on table to restore the complete integrity of the lines with ease. Keep in mind when working with Semitic languages the beginning of the line is to the right and the end of the line is to the left. This program need to be installable and have the logo of the company and has to have an easy to use interface.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
