PHP MySQL Expert with ASP Experience Helpful

Need an expert *PHP* and ASP coder to assist with upgrade of an affiliate system. There are two affiliate systems. One in PHP and MySQL and another in ASP and Access. The bulk of the system lies in the PHP system. A few things like user levels and rewards exist in the ASP system and need to be added to the PHP system. Then an email newsletter system needs to be set up and integrated into the system. We'll use PHPList and modify interface with existing client DB (which includes subscription data. Create 5 newsletter templates that will be sent to various people. You will be working with another coder that built the affiliate system. A third coder will be working to integrate a fax system with the email newsletter system. Here's yet another the twist. This is not part of your bid, but FYI. Another coder will be workign with both of you to add funtionality to the same system (though a different dev, we'll merge versions later.) He will basically be doing the same thing with a seperate ASP affiliate system, converting any missing functionality to the PHP dev version. So there will be 4 people working on this thing, plus me. Expect to start Monday and get paid each Friday for next three Fridays. It is more or less pointless to expect an accurate etimate on the outline (attached), since without seeing the code of the two systems, it would be difficult to come up with an accurate estimate. Please make ROUGH estimates on the proposal for just the first 40 hours (I'll get the idea, I don;t want to waste your time) and bid on 40 hours for the first week please. You will ahve a chance to revise estimates a bit once you are in the code. From the proposal I get back, i should get an idea of where we should be in one week, two weeks, three weeks, then what ever is left over. I only want you to Bid if A) i can call you up. B) You are an expert coder and C) 40 hours per week until this is done.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
