Requires the services of an excellent Graphics Design & Web Development professional who is an artist and graphics designer first and then a web graphics professional next. Excellent Graphic Design & Artistic skills are the primary skills. We expect most development to take place using Flash and Photoshop and so we expect you to know these two programs inside out. Be an expert with these two. Ability to work with several leading graphics and multimedia development tools (ex: products from Adobe, Macromedia, ULead etc.) coupled with a good understanding of print and online media is a big plus. You should also know HTML editors like Dreamweaver or Frontpage and be able to produce attractive web pages incoroporating your designs. We need you to develop graphic for use in web sites and print materials. You will be responsible for total development cycle - from concept to design to final production. You should be paitnet, articulate, and above all creative in conceptualizing and creating graphics that are attractive. You should know design concepts very well. Should know the difference between print design and web design and be able to otpimize graphic designs for both media equally well. Experience with CSS style sheets and html is required. Must have adequate experience in design for print and web. You must have required software and hardware to do the job since we cannot provide you these resources. We expect you to be flexible in attitude and work. Since creative work is highly subjective, you should have the patience to redo the designs until the client is fully satisfied. If you expect the client to accept your submissions without changes, then you are NOT the kind of person we are looking for. Expect designs, concepts and ideas to change during the cycle, sometimes even at a very late state in the process and you should be willing to redo the work without compliants! Essentially we want you to be flexible and work with the client. You must be willing to sign Non Compete and Confidentialy Agreements with us. Consider this as an ongoing assignment where we will continue to work together in future if we are satisfied with your work and have good relationship.
## Deliverables
1) Conceptualize, design, develop and produce graphics as necessary for use on web 2) Conceptualize, design, develop and produce web pages that use your graphics as necessary 3) Conceptualize, design, develop and produce corporate stationery such as letter heads, logos, business cards and similar materials 4) Conceptualize, design, develop and produce corporate marketing materials like catalogs, product description flyers, brochures, mailers etc. 5) Produce attractive web pages by integrating your designs and graphics. 6) Produce Flash movies and incorporate them into the web pages. 6) Your ultimate responsibility is for producing web pages with associated graphics and corporate marketing materials for print and web. You are responsible for total life cycle - from conceptualtization to design to production. We will let you know the specific deliverables within the above overall objectives when we establish a working relationship. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
All work must be compatible with Windows, Internet Explorer 3.x and Netscape 4.x You may choose to design on Macs but the final output should be universally usable both on Macs and Windows environments.
