This is a _employee management web application_. When an employee gets hired we need to track their paperwork they have completed. Some work already done. Prefer 5+ years of VB/ASP work. Not hard work just time consuming.
**Requirements:**
Build a web aplication to enter/edit/update:
employee information - associated with a company/account
hiring process - ability to add different required paperwork
required for each employee and show the status of
completion or not.
show and update county and state information associated
with the employee
ability to group paperwork into a package - example
group dental, 401k, and medical into a package called medical
package or create a new custom package. associate it with
the employee.
ability to create job positions and associate packages.
create new paperwork products and descriptions.
Sound pretty easy?
_Must be written in ASP.NET using VB.NET code_.
Im looking to complete this project within a week. Faster completion estimate will get the job.
I have 10+ years experience and could write it in 2 or 3 days if I had the time.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
