Using the IES VE file provided, where the building geometry and the HVAC system of the BASE CASE are defined and the energy dynamic simulation results are available, provide an analysis of the building performance in terms of thermal loads and energy consumption of the BASE CASE. Then propose and apply in IES VE improvements on the BASE CASE model that guarantee a Total Annual Energy Consumption (kWh] saving of at least 20% in comparison with the BASE CASE. The proposed improvements must concern changes of the following parameters of the BASE CASE: 1. Opaque Envelope 2. Transparent Envelope 3. Internal gains - Lighting 4. Heat recovery systems 5. Heating and Cooling generation efficiencies
