Looking for expert level Web Design/Development specialist.

We already have a react web application (work in progress). Our developers are looking at the designs (made using figma) and converting them into web pages and doing the rest of the implementation.

However I still see some design gaps. So I am looking for an expert React UI developer who can fill the gaps and make the web pages pixel perfect and exactly as the designs.

Apply only if you have expertise in designs more than coding. This exercise is more related to polishing web pages to look exactly like the designs.

The pages are about 20-30 in numbers.
