Change images in Django to round images

I need someone that is an expert in HTML/CSS/JS that can change images to perfectly round while maintaining aspect ratio. This is done through either clipping or masking. Which ever method, I don't care, but just applying border-radius;50% does not work. This will change the aspect ratio of the image.
I also need a lightbox installed in Django so that when a user clicks an image on a post, it will open in a lightbox. If more than one image is uploaded, then the post needs to look like:
