Build me a browser extension

I want a browser extension that should work on Chrome and Firefox. The extension should cost money via a monthly subscription/service fee and not work when users aren't paying.

The extension needs to make sure that payments are being made in a secure way on specific websites. You should expect to be able to identify inside the extension the domain of the site being visited, be able to verify the SSL information about that site, be able to identify frames and their SSL information, be able to "remember" previous pages and/or redirects and their SSL information. SSL information could include the certificate subject, issues, DN, fingerprint or other information.

The bid should include a simple website to host the extension and manage the subscriptions, and possibly an admin panel to update the extension rules (the speciic websites and their particular details). The billing/user interface should include the ability to track affiliates. The extension and the website/admin area must be secured, and you can expect a rigorous review.
