Looking for Expert CSS3 Animator for various tasks

Im looking for someone with GREAT understanding of animating with the CSS3 propertiess "animation" and "@keyframes".
It's a must that you:
- Know limitations of what's possible to do with CSS3 animation
- Have a good eye for animation and interactive UI
- Have a broad knowledge of how to use vendor prefixes for your work / animation
- In generel know HTML well
I have one specific task now and more coming.
The task is a banner that have the following "rough" flow:
> Product image container "tweens" from top and into position
> Product text scales from 0 up to 100%
> Product button fades from alpha 0 to alpha 100
I have an example of this banner animating / working perfectly by Javascript usage, but need this converted to CSS3.
I will provide the example to whom I find interesting.
