Hello: I need two quality postcards professionally laid out by Monday 9/19 4pm PST. 4 color process front and black and white rear. I have included one template of the postcard in illustrator. I have mocked up both designs in the attached ppt file. The text is mandatory, but the design elements and implementation has some flexibility. You should strive with consistency of our overall look and feel. Also see some elements on “all purpose flyer?? that you can re-use such as the cloud background and green banner, especially on concept 1. You’ll also find the logo of the coupon partner as well as an implementation from the web of a coupon ??" feel free to re-use/adjust. Note that these projects require some stock images. Please don’t bid if you don’t have access to such images, and include the pricing in the bid. I have access to borland CDs if you need those. The postcards must meet the printing guidelines specified at [url removed, login to view] Delivery should be both print ready files and illustrator files. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
