I need a certified engineer with a PE in Somerville Massachusetts to supervise and approve plumbing and electrical work in my apartment building. A contractor wants to install his prototype grey water system in my building. He has an unrestricted license, but that is not enough to permit plumbing and electrical, even though his work is excellent.
