I need a Tooling Engineer with experience in doing molds for plastic parts. I have a mechanical design (which can be altered by tooling engineer) of a parking sensor. Dimensions: 20cm diameter circle with approximately [url removed, login to view] of height and having a conical shape. I need someone to:
1. Optimize my mechanical design if required
2. Get me a couple of quotations of cheap and reliable suppliers that can do the tooling and manufacturing of the product
3. Suggest alternative options and knowledge on plastic molding to tackle the project
4. Suggest ready made housings which I could instead of using a custom built plastic part.
