Just need some help optimising a wordpress theme i have which i got from elegant themes, the theme is called estore and can be found here:

I have the theme installed just want some minor changes made quick job and quick turnaround please. The changes are very small and for someone good at wordpress will be very quick. :-)
I will provide you my FTP details so you can access the files directly to make the changes. briefly the changes i want are, i want the permalinks structure changing to one i choose, i want the comment system currently for the review articles to have a 5 star system where a user can leave a rating for the product also i want a additional link to be added to the right hand column of theme. Also i want more articles to be displayed i the column not just two. Thats about it!
