We want to have a flash website that should have movie present at [[url removed, login to view]][1] in the background and once the loading completes an enter button appears.
On clicking the enter button 4 dice or stone like objects should appear as if someone has thrown them in the water. These 4 stones/dice will be the menu of the site relevant information will be displayed when someone clicks on them.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
