I want to have a wordpress theme like this created:

(this theme can be bought for $40, but it doesn't give me the license agreement to do what I want)
I want to easily be able to change the background etc just like you can with the theme above if you buy it.
This will be for a distributor in the company "visalus" [login to view URL] I want to do something unique/cool but also kind of follow their style guide.
It doesn't have to have the 3d slider but something like it where I can put/change the images in the slider.
I also need to be able to change the header image/logo of the website easily (done through css in wordpress editor?????)
I will need to be able to add pages under "parent" pages like a drop down just like you can in a normal wordpress site.
You may have to show me where I need to go to edit and make these changes also.
