Problem statement- we are having reporting tool, which picks up data from database and display in reporting tool. We are working on one implementation in middle east, where data stored in database not in Arabic, when queried through tool like toad it appears as junk character while copy and pasting data in MS excel having Arabic setup it appears properly. We need to know what setting is required at database level in order to have data appeared in Arabic itself.
