We need someone reliable we will pay $200 for this project and we need it in 4 days max from bid acceptance
it is a work for download tickets from 3 emails accounts and some online interface
setting them in a month-> Name of Patient -> Tickets
folder style hierarchy
(u will send us all later in Drop box and every ticket must match a demo - if you cant find a demo after u download demo(patient info file with all his info) 1 by 1
and some tickets remained "Orphans" you will search in our email for that demo based on date until you find it
all should be fairly organized and if you download all Demos 1 by 1 you should find all the matching.
and also you need to find and download the patient info files(called) demo from another email into
Month->Name Of Patient -> Tickets
and you must rename file based on patient name
I will give you full instructions - simple tedious and careful 1 by 1 download rename and putting in right folder
Some time a ticket is a pdf or an image
and one time 1 ticket can have multiple patients and need to go in different patient folders- same pdf
but most important you can not miss any ticket and you must match a demo/patient info file with same patient name and download to same patient
folder just to the demo folder but not the tickets folder.
We need it asap
You will do the month of Feb that has about 1200 Patients
and you should have 1200 patient tickets and matching 1200 patient demos or a bit less but you MUST FIND ALL AND DOWNLOAD ALL
ANY MISSING TICKETS I FOUND OR INCOMPLETE MATCH make project incomplete
So you will go and find all
This is a work of download rename to exact name so in each folder name will be a folder of patient tickets
and his 1 demo file under same patient name -> demo
Also patient cane have mutiple tickets and you will have in ticket folder mutiple tickets or 1
but can have a few.
u renam ethem with same patient name-DateOfTicket-Ticket#[url removed, login to view] jepg
some jpegs has 2 sections for 1 ticket so you rename them
patient name-DateOfTicket-Ticket#[url removed, login to view] jepg

and you will save them under
Feb-Patient name- Tickets
