Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Investment Company
$8-15 USD / hour
I am looking for a part-time virtual assistance with EXCELLENT English speaking and writing skills to answer inbound calls from my direct mail campaign. The callers will be people that are interested in potentially having me buying their home and your role will be to complete an interview intake form, enter the data in a CRM system, pull comparable sales data on the property they are calling on, and then send me the leads to evaluate.
After evaluation you will get in touch with the individuals with a price range that I am willing to pay and follow up with an offer in writing (sent to their email). For very good leads I will have you set an appointment for me to meet with them to see their home.
Must be able to answer calls between 8am-5pm (EST) but they won't be coming in consistently. I'm expecting approx. 50 calls per week.
Skills required: great English-speaking ability (no accent please), basic data entry, good customer service skills, quick responsiveness (always answer the phone within business hours).
This is an on-going assignment and may increase in hours as time goes on (for the right candidate) but I am expecting 10-20 hours/week at this time.
