GUI with buttons runs in windows 10, 11

I want a simple GUI that has
Rows that contains
Button with name on it and another button next to it that says Stop
The first button if clicked, it will run a bat file located in a local machine.
The Stop button will kill the spesific exe app window.
Loop of buttons in a row should show in the GUI based on XML file that we put all URLs we need.
The buttons you be big so it's click able by touch or mouse
