path planning software for a robot with gps points

The software I need has the purpose of generating a path for a robot inside a terrain.
The route is made up of a series of GPS points in succession that the robot must follow in the order in which they are described.
The points should be a few meters apart.
In addition, it will have to add flags "works" or just "pass".
The system will start from some lists of GPS points that define obstacles, roads and borders.
it will have to generate a coordinate grid with variable dimensions.
this grid represents the set of trees / plants present in the ground, planted at a specific distance.
The software must have manual route modification functions and it must be possible to view the route on a satellite map. Google maps must be entered in the system in order to verify that the route has been correctly processed.
It will necessarily have to work on windows, it would be exceptional to be able to create a code that works on all platforms.
Some parts of the path generation algorithm are ready, it would be advisable to integrate them.
There must be a home point in the algorithm, where the robot starts and returns.
