The purpose of the project is to investigate how wimax can be implemented as a service for a new Mobile Provider in Nigeria. The platform would be CDMA, however I was wondering if we could set up a Wimax infrastructure providing our potential customers with both data and voice services. The voice services could possibly be implemented by using voip enabled mobile phones. Of course this is all contingent on being able to use other providers towers. I am still gathering more information as we speak, but I just need a general concept on how all this works on a large scale before we get into all the intricate stuff.
