CSS/HTML quick fix

We want the space formatted correctly on this site:

[[url removed, login to view]][1]

So it shows even across all browsers (IE, FireFox, Chrome).

Details:

The space seen between the header and the main text area below, needs to be removed from FireFox and Chrome.

In IE, on the main text area, the space on the left, should be the same as on the right (Make the right one smaller). Text formatting, should look as it is on FF, for all other browsers.

We are looking for someone who can set up their own online working environment, so all details can be worked out, before we receive the files.
