Apply CSS to a Smarty based 1-page Lead Web Generating Web page

I'm working on a lead generating web page. I have the page layout pretty much worked out and coded. I need someone with good CSS skills to take the reigns and dress the site up a bit. I need this FAST.

Here's the site, [IBO Form][1].

I like the basic layout, but the form fields could be worked on to look better. Right now they are just plain HTML generic blah formatting. The two columns could be pushed together some and the form labels could be moved if you think they'd look better positioned differently.

This page is based on Smarty templates. I could use a turnaround in 24 hours or maybe 48 hours.

I will award this fast as soon as I find the person who can do this on short notice and with great skill.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

PHP, Smarty. The CSS/xhtml code should be cross browser compatible and look good in all major browsers. Must be standards compliant.
