The project is fairly simple .. I want a simple interface to be able to setup new website accounts (multiple) on windows 2003 server.

Formerly I was using PLESK but its a kind of overkill - to many different configurations. Just want the website, useraccount setup with proper folder permissions , when ever a new costumer is signing up.
