Combine 3 Exe's into 1 Exe - Game Installer

This project is an exciting one, as it is for a video game ready for international distribution.

I need you to combine 3 .exe install files into 1 .exe install file that can be run from the desktop. The file's already exist and are as follows:

1) The game installer (A casual game under 50 MB)

2) The Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 redistributable

3) The OGG Sound Codec

When the user double clicks the game installer it should perform two checks:

1. The first is to see if they have the .NET Framework installed (if they do, continue. If they don't, install it).

2. The second is to see if they have the OGG Sound Codec installed (if they do, continue. If they don't, install it).

3. Then install the game as normal.

So if they have both the Framework and the OGG Codec it will install the game without them being aware of the check.

The final deliverable must come as a .exe. It cannot be an MSI or any other file type. Only .exe.
