Clone Version Script Needed, Must Have Same Functions, Must Be Unique

Firstly I will tell you why I am doing this. My Father and Brother are lawyers and they are facing bankruptcy because they are losing clients due to the Recession. My brother has already lost his house and is facing massive tax bills. I want to help them and others in their profession.

I want to build them a website but firstly I want the software created that will help them I want to call it “New Client Acquisition System?? or “Find Me A Client?? Basically I want the software to be the same as Prosender ( I have an account ) but I have a ghost writer who will be able to load it with messages that are relevant to their profession.

The script **MUST** be unique and **MUST** be created in **PHP** and **easy** to install. I want the design of the script **unique** and **unique** coding but it must perform the same functions as:
