I am a small independent financial advisor in Denver, Colorado and I need an custom excel spread sheet? built that? I will give to my clients at? our annual review meetings.
The? data? I need is as follows:
A summary sheet that? has columns for? account number, Company name, Company phone number, account holder name, account name, account type (Qualified/Non-Qualified) beginning? date, begining value,? withdrawals, current value, living benefit value, death benefit value. and totals for all accounts.
I will also need a separte? sheet for each account with the same info and a place to enter notes for the account.
I have another program that I bought and doesn't quite do what I want.
I can send this file so that we can collaborate and make needed changes. I must emphasise that I do not? want to copy the existing program,? only use it as a? referece to create a spread sheet that is customized to my needs.

I paid $349 for the program an individual made for me and other advisors.
It works just fine but is not custom to my practice.
I have a maximum budget of $1,000 US? but hopefully it can be done for $500 or less.
I have a? less pressing project that I want and if satisfied with this project results will immediately assign for completion.
I am planning on making this both? projects available to other advisors that have practices similar to mine and would like to have an activation key so that I can charge $99 annually for renewal and use.
In order to keep my cost low I am will to joint venture and allow 25% of all renewals to be directed to the creator of the program
