Button through GDI needed

What I need is a routine created called CreateButton.
The parameters for it would be:
1. Text
2. Font
3. ForeColor
4. BackColor
5. Size
6. Point
7. Graphics
After sending the parameters, then it needs to draw something that looks like a command button in .net
This must be created with VB.net 2005.
Use the standard .net structures for Size and Point
It cannot create an actual button control though. Cannot use any controls for it. Must use GDI that is built into .net.

A sub routine created to create a button.
The source code only for it. Also, needs a sample to prove it works on the same project.
