This project is to build a contract management database which allows users to load their contracts and get reminders at key milestones

It will have two types of accounts. Basic and Premium. Premium accounts will be handled with paypal. which will give them access to do more with the site.

In the beginning premium accounts holders will be able to add multiple users on their accounts.

As content on the site is increased. premium account holders will be able to get statistics also

I will attach excel prototype I've developed. its not perfect but a prototye of whats needed

I will need references of similar work conducted for customers in the United states
