Movable Type. E-mail this post to a friend program

I am looking to add the following to my Movable Type blog:
I want a person who reads any of my posts to have the ability to click on an Icon that says "E-mail this to a friend."
When they click on the Icon, their e-mai program automatically launches with the entire post all loaded up inside of it. The Title of the E-mail will be the title of the post. All the person has to do is add their friend or friends names and then they e-mail it.
I also want a line of code to be inserted at the end that tells the person receiving this e-mail the following post came from My blog and to list the link to my blog there as well.
I know this all can be done. Let me know if you can, I look forward to getting this thing rolling. Once I choose you to do it,? I will send you all the info you need like my control panel info so you can get started.

Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
