This will be a program similar in many functions as AdSpy Pro ([url removed, login to view]). This will be a data mining program to be written in ASP to query Pay Per Click Ads such as Google Adwords, and track a variety of data for each keyword used in the queries. The program will be a server side application, for which subscriptions will be sold to users who will use the results of the search queries to help them find profitable affiliate marketing campaigns. Samples will be shown to the winning bidder. Application must include: 1. Creation of new user accounts upon successful payment. 2. Ability for each user to create and track multiple keyword lists. 3. Track and monitor each of the PPC ads by destination URL to for a variety of statics and reports. 4. The program is mainly looking for affiliate marketers using known affiliate networks who are using pay per click advertising to promote their campaigns. Once these campaigns are identified, the affiliate is tracked over time to see how long they advertise, how many ad variations are used, number of occurrences for each ad and so forth. 5. Exact details for backend functions will only be discussed with winning bidder, and after non-disclosure and non-compete agreements are signed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
