I am looking for a website that will allow users to do the following:
A user can fill out multiple forms with different info. Including attaching files.
A different user can not see full details of the entry, rather the user can do a general (not exact) search, which will give back basic info. The user can then request authorization from the first user to see the full details.
The system should allow the administrator to see all the entries from the back end, and see who was requested to see which info and who if they were authorized or not.
It has to be that I can easily add more data fields, and that I can set up the search criteria options for the drop down list, as well as how it displays the initial results.
## Deliverables
The progammer should also make a nice web interface for the system, but make it easy for me to change graphics and color scheme, etc...
For example:
Teacher A enters all of his students personal info as well as their test scores.
Teacher B is looking for a 13 year old male student that got a 90 or higher on his math test.
So teacher B does a search for a "male" that is between ages "12 and 15" and got a score between "90 and 100". And chooses Math.
The system kicks back a couple of results. Name is not shown, just Male, exact age, and that the student got between a 90 and 95. If the teacher wants to see full info, they click request more info, a email is sent to Teacher A who then can login and authorize it.
