A very Simple joomla 1.5.x component urgently needed!!!!(repost)

HI Coders,

Welcome bidding.I want to make a very simple component in joomla 1.5.x ? i described briefly in the attached pdf [url removed, login to view] see the attached file.

The items that should save in the database only the title shown in the [url removed, login to view] click on this title link it will goes to full article [url removed, login to view] component works? exactly same as the link I provided.

Captcha is always a great feature.

If u can make the email forms implemented by Ajax then it will be [url removed, login to view] necessary but recommended.

I think for a serious bidder it would take max. 2 days.I need this urgent please.
