Hello all- I was working on a site for a buddy of mine, who is a dj. This site should look like a flyer and allow the content to be easily read. I have tried working with this in PHP, HTML, and CSS; however, i cannot get the site to look/behave as it should. The site should be fairly simple, and require minimal work. I will need the following: 1) The site will be maintained by the DJ, who does not have much html/php skills, so i have found scripts/code that will help him with the updates. These include: a) mp3 player/streamer (andromeda, this will be purchased by me, but the demo is avail) b) Dynamic mp3 list for downloads. This will be populated from the directory. The script is currently working in PHP. c) Image Gallery, (ImaGal) this script has an Admin interface for adding images, folders, descriptions, and is currently working properly. I really just need these scripts added to the site. They should work properly, fuse into the site so that it all looks clean and seemless. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
