Here's what I want the script to do: ** A visitor -- let's call him X -- visits our web page: [url removed, login to view] On that page, we ask him to fill in a form. After he fills in and submits, he'll be redirected to another page named [url removed, login to view] Now, if X has ALREADY submitted the form and landed at [url removed, login to view] (I assume you'd need to drop a cookie on his computer to remember his action) and then re-visits page1.htm... the script will prevent him to see [url removed, login to view] again and instead immediately redirect him to page2.htm. On the other hand, if X has NEVER submitted form and NEVER landed at [url removed, login to view] yet... if he re-visits [url removed, login to view], the script will allow him to see [url removed, login to view] as normal. We should be able to specify the time the cookie lasts (30 days, 60 days,...) In your bid, explain to me that you understand my project thoroughly and give you your detailed proposal and how you plan to do this project. Give me your credentials and samples. Canned response will be ignored. I only respond to bids. Unwarranted comments and questions will be ignored.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
