Complete my music portal (1220204)

I have almost completed developing one music website, and I need developer who can compete the website for me.

If you are not in Chennai or Banglore please do not apply,coz I am strictly looking for person who are located in this place.

Terms:

1) Commitment and dedication to complete the project in one month.

2) I want 8 hours of work per day from developer to complete this project.

3) Payment will be made after the project is completed, rest assured that payment is made 100%.

4) This is Joomla project

I have completed most of the coding part there are only few tweaks here and there so my budget 250$ (Rs. 12000)
