Clone Adult Web Site

This request is to duplicate the complete functionality and features of [[login to view URL]][1] - please thoroughly review the site prior to submitting a bid. Please note that this is an ADULT site and deals exclusively with NUDITY.

You have complete freedom to use existing CMS-type software already available or existing bulletin-board, "dating", gallery software. php and mySQL would be desirable but not mandatory.

The new site will be "Show Us" at [[login to view URL]][2] which currently is a PostNuke site but this is definitely NOT a requirment. The entire OLD site can be trashed and start from scratch if desired. A previous "coder" did a mock-up at <[login to view URL]> which has a few errors like color, name of site (.com instead of .cc) but is close. Take a look at [[login to view URL]][3] as well and see if any of it's ease-of-use, community-building features would be easy to add as well - such as the "add a friend" networking concept.

A new graphic for [login to view URL] to replace newbienudes will be required. Other change would be to use "beads" (like Mardi Gras "Show Us Your Tits" beads) instead of "nudles" (that will make sense after reviewing site.)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

currently hosted on a *nix platform with an Apache server. all typical add-ons like mySQL, php, perl, etc are available and full access to the site will be provided through ftp, control panel, etc.
