Alternating copy on web page

I think this is a very small project, probably something that's already been done hundreds of times.
I need to alternate between two versions of the text (copy) on a web page. It should switch between the two versions every other visitor. That is, visitor "A" will see the text for version "A", and visitor "B" will see the text for version "B". I want all of this done with the same URL. The two versions of text will include different hyperlinks (the main reason for the alternating text).
If necessary, we can do this with images instead of text, but again, the hyperlinks for the images would have to change with each image change. That is, version "A" will have a hyperlink to web page "Abc", and version "B" will hyperlink to page "Def".
Oh, and I want to be able to change the text. I don't want this hard-coded.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, I'll install it on my web site. You just need to provide the executable code with instructions on how to imbed it into the html code on the web page (I use MS FrontPage).
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Will be web-based. Needs to run on IE, Netscape, and other major web browsers. Web site itself is on a Linux server (not Windows).
