We want you to do a CGI script that based on the 3 parameters (lat/long of screen center, dimensions and scale) would retrieve an image of that area of the globe.
The map source to be used is the one used by our other applications (will give details on your reply).
In other words and as an example:
1- We would have a cgi on our page and we would pass the variables:
-Screen Center: 45 North, 100 West
-Image dimension:300 width x 200 height pixels
- Scale: 1 NM = 10 pixels
Would retrieve an image with exactly the same layout of what the user could see with one of our applications (that uses a 3D globe with custom colors, etc).
We will later modify this program to draw on this image further details.
Project should be done in Borland Delphi 7 and for the web interface should use [[url removed, login to view]][1] components.
We only accept bids from US/Canada and European based bidders.
