Computer Input Device

The objective of this project is to develop an input device for Windows 2000. I have an analog to digital (a/d) converter that is attached to a Windows 2000 computer via the serial port. The a/d convert can control 3 encoders, 4 digital switches and 4 analog devices. API's for the a/d converter box are available and I have test programs that allow me to capture input from the various analog or digital devices.

A program has been written to allow 2 encoders to control mouse movements. The first encoder allows the mouse pointer to go up and down and the other encoder moved the mouse pointer side-to-side.

Now I need a driver to allow control of game input.
